I had attended the Nikon outdoor workshop at Ladakh (2014, 2015) & Pushkar (2014) and had an amazing learning experience. The workshops were professionally organized ensuring comfort and safety of the participants. The Nikon technical team mentored all the participants efficiently and were so accessible throughout the workshop. Besides constant review and learning from each other's experience - the workshop also gave me an opportunity to experience  a wide range of Nikon's gear. Kudos to the Nikon technical team for such amazing experiences !

Informative, personalized, hands-on, fun-filled, interactive, comfortable, well planned. These words perfectly describe a Nikon workshop for me. Ever since I took up photography, I have attended most of their outdoor photography workshops and I must admit that I learnt more from these workshops than what I would have learnt from any structured course on photography. A key element I would like to add is that it is in no way daunting from a beginner's perspective. The mentors make sure that shutterbugs of all types are comfortable. The Nikon mentors are always available for support both in class sessions and on the field. Time permitting; I would not miss any workshop. And a top up - the workshops are really cost effective. The only grouse I have is that Nikon should be doing more of these workshops.

I learnt about these frequent workshops being conducted by Nikon when I picked up my first D-SLR about 3 years ago. I wanted to polish my skills and what better opportunity could have been there. The very first workshop I attended was for wildlife at Bandhavgarh. Right from the start, all the arrangements done by the Nikon team were superb and detailed. Going ahead, the briefing session was really well conducted to get you aware of how to go about it and to top it up there was all the variety of cameras and lenses also available to try. Won't be out of the way to mention, I tried the newly launched 80-400 mm and bought it immediately after the workshop. We had one member from the Nikon technical team with us throughout to advise, even the review session by the Nikon team at the end of the workshop was quite knowledgeable. Over all, it was a wonderful learning experience and since then I have been regularly participating in these outdoor workshops being conducted by Nikon, and have observed a vast improvement in my pictures and knowledge about photography.

Since my first workshop with Nikon School to Ladakh on Landscapes and Travel, I have gone back to them for atleast 4 other workshops. Their team is extremely friendly and well versed with the technical aspects of the Nikon Product line. The workshops are well organised and concise. The best part is that you get to try out various Nikon Gear during the workshops. If you are starting out with a new D-SLR or a new genre in photography, this is the right place for you to hone your skills on the technical aspects of your camera and photography.

My association with Nikon School India started 3 years back when I got to participate first time in their Wildlife Photography Workshop at Bandhavgarh. It was such an amazing experience that since then I have participated in many advance outdoor workshops till date covering wildlife, travel, street, fashion photography and looking forward to more in future. Excellent planning by Nikon Technical Team, every time, in providing a well thought workshop structure – both in terms of classroom study, content and diligent field execution.  Not only this, the passion, teamwork and professionalism which is exhibited by Nikon School mentors in conducting these workshops and sharing knowledge with participants is creditable. Despite of being a repeated participant, I always find their content refreshing and get to learn new things. Exposure and getting a chance to click with new equipment and meeting up with other like-minded people are few hidden benefits.In a nutshell, total value of time and money!! I AM NIKON and love to be here!! 

It is a pleasure for me to include myself in Nikon School family. I am doing photography as a hobby since my childhood but it could be groomed only after I attended  the basic level class room course of Nikon. This is because it introduced me to my Nikon D-SLR and then the Photowalk followed by class room sessions. I am fortunate till now that I could attend three workshops of different levels and each workshop taught me a lot which ultimately improved my skills. The mentors of Nikon are so well trained and experienced that merely being with them, you can gain  a lot, if you are really willing to pursue photography as profession or as a amateur.
